Director of Resident Services
The Director of Resident Services establishes the personal care programs for residents by coordinating and evaluating resident care needs to ensure a balanced and adequate program, and to formulate progressive care needs to meet the changing needs of the resident. Their primary objective is to ensure the highest possible quality of care, service, resident satisfaction and retention within budgeted guidelines.
Medication Manager
The Medication Manager provides overall direction, coordination and staffing of this department. The position directly supervises the Medication Technicians, including hiring, directing, training, and scheduling. The Manager will ensure the highest possible quality of care, services and resident satisfaction. He or she will regularly communicate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and accuracy in the resident’s medication regimen.
Resident Liaison
The Resident Liaison is responsible for ensuring quality care for residents through coordination of services, assessments, and community referrals. The Resident Liaison demonstrates on-going efforts to enhance and maintain resident satisfaction in the Community through resident and family care management and advocacy. Additionally, the Resident Liaison coordinates the resident move in process helping the new resident assimilate to their new home.
Nurse – LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse)
The Nurse provides prescribed medical treatments including, but not limited to, injections, medications and assesments in the Community. The Nurse will comply with the guidelines established by State Regulations, especially those identified by Title 22 of the Department of Social Services.
Personal Care Aide
The Personal Care Aide provides direct personal care services to the resident identified in the initial resident assesment. The Aide operates through the Personal Services Plan identified for their residents and delivers the services identified through that plan.
Medication Technician
The Medication Technician takes responsibility for the distribution of medication to residents according to the written instructions provided by physicians.
