Our House Manager
The Our House Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest possible quality of dementia care, services and resident satisfaction while maintaining maximum occupancy and smooth efficient execution of operation within budgeted expenses, generally through subordinate staff.
Personal Care Aide
The Personal Care Aide works closely with residents as the liaison between meeting their needs and the resources of the Community. This is accomplished by assisting residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, memory impairment, or chemical dependency.
Lead Personal Care Aide
The Lead Personal Care Aide works closely with residents as the liaison between meeting their needs and the resources of the Community, operating through the Personal Services Plan identified for their residents and delivers the services identified through that plan. In addition, this job has some supervisory responsibilities in the areas of training, staffing, assigning and directing work, and making sure to report all issues to the department manager
Medication Technician
The Medication Technician takes responsibility for the distribution of medication to residents according to the written instructions provided by physicians.
