Plant Operations Manager
The Plant Operations Manager supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings, various equipment and building systems, maintaining the Community’s grounds, and may be involved in managing the activities of the Housekeeping Department.

Housekeeping Manager
The Housekeeping Manager directs institutional housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of their work location.

Maintenance Assistant
The Maintenance Assistant provides support to the Plant Operations Manager in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings, various equipment and building systems and maintaining the grounds.

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest possible level of cleanliness in a Community by cleaning resident rooms, baths, offices, halls, and other areas as defined by the Community management team.

Housekeeper/Laundry
The Housekeeper assigned to the laundry area, assists with washing linens and towels, and has the responsible for the quality and accountability of resident personal laundry.   They will also assist with maintaining a high level of quality housekeeping services throughout the Community common areas.

Lead Housekeeper
The Lead Housekeeper has the responsibility for directing the Community housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of establishment; and has additional responsibility to provide work direction to other Housekeepers staff as defined by the immediate manager for the department.
