We are regulated by the California Department of Social Service, which requires that all Associates:
- Are at least 18 years of age,
- Have the legal right to work in the United States,
- Successfully complete the Department of Justice background check, and
- Can effectively communicate using the English language.
We provide training to all Associates that train them how to do their jobs better, and help prepare them for career advancement, if they desire to grow with us as we grow and expand operations into new market areas.
