Nestled in a quiet suburban Pleasant Hill neighborhood, it offers superior programming and support to seniors and families facing dementia-related challenges. The services and amenities at Chateau Poet’s Corner are the same as for all Carlton Senior Living’s other assisted living communities but tailored to the needs of those with dementia & Alzheimer’s.
A Nature Lover’s Dream! The apartments at Chateau I and II offer wonderful vistas of California oaks, sunset hillsides, and landscaped water fountains.
Housekeeping, laundry and flexible transportation services are a boon for active seniors and those who want to focus on fewer day-to-day tasks.
Best Senior Living Community I’ve Toured!
I have been touring all the assisted Living Senior communities in Pleasant Hill over the last month and I have to say Chateau Pleasant Hill is the top of my list. The staff were genuine and so helpful in making sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. They offered me a hot lunch which was terrific. Must visit.
I recently went on a tour at Chateau III in Pleasant Hill with my mother and this place is simply wonderful. My mom was very hesitant about anything like this but the moment we walked in we were greeted with sincere, warm smiles and ended our tour with a warm delicious lunch. Great experience.
The Chateau Feels Like Home
If you are looking for warm, sweet and charming, this is the Assisted Living community you are looking for. My brother and I toured this community on Sunday and I was thoroughly impressed with the people who worked there. Very kind and I myself would love to live here when I get to be of age. But mom’s first.
