Carlton Plaza Davis is a proposed senior living community designed to provide a centrally located, secured and supportive environment for seniors with varying service and care needs. Our community in Davis will be located at 2726 Fifth Street, and will offer:

• A three-story community designed to fit the neighborhood with 108 independent or assisted living units surrounding a large, secure, central courtyard
• A separate area with private interior courtyard that provides an additional 36 beds for residents with memory care needs
• Generous common areas such as living rooms, sitting areas; spaces for activity programs and a wellness center
• Convenient access to health care offices and emergency services
• Close proximity to the amenities on Fifth Street as well as downtown

About 80 percent of Carlton residents and their families are expected to come from within the city and surrounding area. The balance will come to the area to live closer to immediate family.

It is expected that Carlton Plaza Davis will contribute to the local economy by providing 100 new employment opportunities as a result of its operations.

It is hoped that construction will start in 2012.
