Spacious common areas within the community will include the main lobby, administrative offices, large living and dining rooms, a kitchen, activity rooms and wellness center. An additional 36 seniors with need for specialized memory care will be accommodated in a separate and secure area that includes a private courtyard.

They will be able to enjoy LiFE – Letting Individuality Freely Exist – our person-centered dementia care program. The community will employ from 75 to 80 staff members.

GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY HELD FOR CARLTON SENIOR LIVING’S NEW ELK GROVE COMMUNITY
Carlton Senior Living (CSL) broke ground on in December for its new $24 million community in Elk Grove. Others involved in the project include Red Capital Group; LPAS Architectural Design, Sundt Construction and Grubb & Ellis.
