Meet Beverly Taylor, Carlton Senior Living’s spotlight resident – Beverly Joyce Taylor was born on November 4, 1947 to Frank and Ella Mae Taylor. She was born and raised in the bustling city of San Francisco, California along with her three siblings. When it was to go to work Beverly remained in San Francisco and, for over 13 years, she found success as Faculty Support for UC Hastings College of Law, the first law school in California.
In 2012, Beverly was honored with the prestigious Rummel Award for her tireless efforts in helping to secure clerkship for UC Hastings students, in addition to her work for about 20 full-time professors.
In her leisure time, Beverly has enjoyed traveling to many places including Baja Mexico and the Bahamas. She also loves going to the movies and outings to the casino. Her favorite activities within the Carlton Senior Living Sacramento – Enhanced community include bingo and happy hour.
Beverly’s most notable accomplishments are being an amazing mother to her two children and an amazing grandmother to her four grandchildren. Three words that best describe Beverly are independent, determined and a survivor.
