Neika Jordan Awarded Outstanding Team Member by CALA

This award recognized Jordan’s exceptional service and commitment to enriching the lives of residents over her tenure.

Jordan exemplifies the compassion, attentiveness and service that strengthen quality Assisted Living communities. Though she has been with Carlton Senior Living Sacramento for just two years, she has become a trusted presence for residents, families and staff alike. Residents regularly submit handwritten Employee of the Month nominations praising her kindness and willingness to help others feel welcome and supported.

Jordan is known for recognizing what residents need before they ask. Her generosity extends to colleagues as well. After completing her own duties, Jordan volunteered additional time to help
prepare personalized holiday gifts for residents and has repeatedly stepped forward during challenging situations to support both staff and leadership.
