Resident Spotlight – Wayne Springsteen

CSL Spotlight Resident, Wayne SpringsteenMeet Carlton Senior Living spotlight resident, Wayne Springsteen:

“Hey there! My name is Wayne Springsteen. I was born on a 40-acre farm in New Plymouth, Idaho on July 8th, 1926. I grew up with one brother and one sister. I have 5 children; 4 daughters and 1 son, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a cat named Piper (who was named after my favorite airplane)! I am a WWII veteran and served for 20 years. On June 25th, I was elected Veteran of the Year Honoree for 2014. For 41 years I worked in the Nuclear Plant Business with General Electric. My favorite activity here at Carlton Senior Living Fremont is to play pool and need a pool shark buddy.

In a nutshell I would describe myself as intelligent, humble, and loving. My cat Piper and I are enjoying our new place here at Carlton and are grateful for everyone that works here to help direct me and feel at home.”
