Meet Paul Camerer and Judi Cain, Carlton Senior Living’s spotlight residents – Paul and Judi Cain have been together for four years and they met at Carlton Senior Living Sacramento. Judi is a Sacramento native and worked at the California Department of Motor Vehicles for over thirty years. She raised two children and two stepchildren with her husband, Larry. Paul was born in Illinois but traveled often with his family growing up. He was in the United States Air Force for 25 years and came to California in 1962. Pick up all the ingredients you need for this tasty soup on a quick trip to the local Asian market. Makes 2 servings. Ingredients 2 cans of coconut milk, Chaokoh brand is preferred 6 shrimp, deveined 3 kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped 1 tbsp.
