Medical Conditions

Carlton Senior Living helps seniors to live with a variety of medical conditions, many of which can be difficult for families to care for at home, or without professional support. Some of the health conditions we assist residents with include:

Alzheimer’s disease/Dementia – Our signature Memory Care program is available at many of our senior living communities for those challenged by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

Parkinson’s disease – We offer assistance with the activities of daily living for those with Parkinson’s or other neuromuscular conditions such as ALS, multiple sclerosis or muscular dystrophy.

Stroke and Transient Ischemic Attack (mini-stroke) – Our enhanced assisted living program offers 24-hour nursing staff to help with daily activities and post-stroke rehabilitation, while some of our other communities also offer programs for managing stroke and TIAs.

Diabetes – Our award-winning diabetes management program includes nursing services, medication management, exercise opportunities and diabetes-friendly meals.
