Brie Filled Beggar’s Purse Recipe

Brie Filled Beggar’s Purse Appetizer

Ingredients Needed:

  • Phyllo Dough
  • Brie Cheese
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Rosemary
  • Pecans
  • Cupcake Pan
  • Non Stick Spray

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut Brie into Small Bite Sized Pieces
  3. Hydrate Cranberries
  4. Once Soaked Until Plump, place rosemary and drained cranberries in small pot. Heat until Cranberries become slightly mushy
  5. Cut small Squares of Phyllo Dough, just 1” larger than the cupcake pan you are using
  6. Spray Cupcake Pan with Non Stick Spray, and place 2-3 Phyllo Squares on top of the opening. Pat Phyllo into cup, leaving the edges hang over
  7. Fill Phyllo with Brie, topping with Pecan and Cranberry Mix
  8. Pinch Phyllo Hangover to make a purse
  9. Bake until Phyllo has become golden and crispy (roughly 6-8 minutes)
