Melinda’s Baked Artichoke Dip

Baked Artichoke Dip RecipeThis dip is a real crowd-pleaser and will be sure to impress. What’s even better? It’s easy to make.

8 oz block cream cheese, softened
8 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese, from the fresh pasta or deli cheese section
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped in half
1 – 1.5 oz minced garlic, found in the spice section

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the ingredients and spread evenly in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, check every 5 minutes or so until lightly brown on top and crispy brown around the edge. Serve hot with fresh sourdough bread slices or crackers.
