What is Carlton's Satisfaction Guarantee?

When you meet with one of our friendly Retirement Counselors, be sure to ask about our exclusive 100% Resident Satisfaction Guarantee. Try us for 90 days and if for any reason you are not satisfied that you made the right decision and want to move out, we will refund 100% of the monthly fee you paid.

What care services are available to residents?

Carlton offers a delivery-of-care system that honors and respects our residents with around-the-clock, exceptionally trained care partners. Seniors deserve the excellent experience that Carlton provides, which is why we serve residents with a broad range of needs. Our nursing staff is available to assist with a variety of needs including blood pressure checks, insulin injections, and much more.

Does Carlton accept insurance?

Answering questions at Carlton Senior Living

We are unable to accept forms of insurance such as Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Medicaid for payment. However, our community offers assistance with filling out forms for your Long Term Care Insurance. Assistance is available for initial filing and regular monthly filing. 

Do you offer a Veteran Assistance Program?

Does Carlton offer short-term respite stays?
