The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is an annual event held in over 600 communities nationwide, serving as the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Each year, Carlton’s 11 communities collectively participate in three local walks hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association. These inspiring events welcome participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease. With every step, we renew our commitment to this cause.
